Yarn Painting!

This year OAS Elementary Art Night is all about yarn. We will express ourselves through images “painted” with yarn – a rainbow, emoji or basketball just to name a few. Join us on Wednesday, April 17th from 6:30 – 7:45 pm as we weave our individual yarn painting to take home at the end of the night. We also plan to have one large board that all the students can add some yarn to and will have the school display after the event.

We will have two sessions to accommodate schedules. This is not a drop-off event. A parent or guardian must accompany participating students. RSVPs are needed to ensure we have enough materials. Please use this Google form to RSVP for your child by Friday, April 12, 2023. Please submit one form per student.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED. We will need 2 parent volunteers for each of the two sessions. You will be assisting with giving out materials and clean-up. No previous art experience required.

Save the date! OAS 7th grade Social “Neon Night” will be held on Friday April 12th from 7-830pm. The event will take place in the OAS Gymnasium and is $10 per student. Please use this LINK to register!

Welcome back to school OAS Families!

The first day of school is here and we are looking forward to a great year ahead!

OAS is truly One Awesome School and that is due in large part to you, the OAS families. Our goal is to get as close to 100% of the families to join the PTA as possible.  

Funds raised by PTA membership go to support countless programs for our teachers and students.
